When Azal Hospitality first partnered with Cupid Solutions three years ago, the group was operating a single hotel with limited digital infrastructure. Booking management was fragmented, online visibility was minimal, and there was no centralized system to support future expansion. We implemented a fully integrated booking engine and channel management system powered by RateTiger, enabling real-time inventory, pricing, and availability management across multiple online travel agencies and direct booking channels.

In parallel, our team led the UI/UX design and full website development for all Azal Hospitality hotel properties, as well as the main corporate website, ensuring brand consistency, high performance, and conversion-focused user journeys.
